Binks Fluid Needle Packing Kit – Trophy Series Spray Guns

Binks 54-6130-K Fluid Needle Packing Kit – Trophy Series Spray Guns

When paint starts seeping around the needle or the trigger feels sticky, the packing is usually worn. The 54-6130-K is a genuine Binks replacement that restores a tight seal around the fluid needle in Trophy Series spray guns, so you get clean triggering and no leaks at the back of the gun. It’s a quick fix that keeps your Trophy in service instead of out for repair.

Features:

• Genuine Binks OEM part: factory fit for Trophy Series guns
• Stops fluid leaks: reseals the needle so material stays where it belongs
• Restores smooth trigger action: worn packing causes drag and inconsistent needle travel
• Routine maintenance item: keep one on hand for every gun in the shop

Tip: Inspect the fluid needle when you replace the packing. A scored or worn needle will wear out new packing quickly.
