The Cyclomix® Evo is a highly configurable, modular, and scalable solution designed to mix and dose up to three products while independently managing the supply for one or two guns. By overseeing potlife, color priming, and the flushing of each individual circuit, the system ensures precision through integrated flowmeters that monitor both product passage and flow rates. Its flexibility is further enhanced by the ability to incorporate equipment like product regulators, manual gun flushing boxes, waste sorting management, and a third component either at installation or later in its life cycle. Developed with user-friendliness in mind, the unit offers two distinct operating modes: an automatic mode that handles functions like flushing and injection frequency based on the unit's own parameters, and a manual mode that allows users to define specific values. While the automatic mode is selected by default upon delivery, the user can easily uncheck this option to access a series of configuration screens and customize the system to their exact requirements.
