Nordson Tivar Pump Venturi Throat for Encore II

This genuine Nordson Tivar® pump throat is the standard venturi throat for Encore® Generation II powder pumps, including the Encore inline powder feed pump. It's the heart of the pump: air rushes through the throat and pulls powder along, so its condition directly controls how evenly powder reaches your guns.

Tivar is a tough UHMW polyethylene that resists abrasion and stands up to hours of powder flowing through it. That's why Nordson ships every Encore pump with a Tivar throat.

Over time, every throat wears. A worn one causes uneven powder flow, surging, and inconsistent film builds. Swap in a fresh throat and get back to smooth, steady delivery and consistent coverage.

The throat changes fast. It slides into the throat holder and pushes back into the pump body with a slight twist, so you can do it during routine cleaning without pulling the whole pump apart.
