Nordson part 1088502 is a genuine replacement gasket that seals the multiplier (power supply) cover on Nordson Encore® powder coating spray guns. It fits Encore LT and XT manual handguns, and Nordson also uses it in Encore automatic gun assemblies. A good seal at the multiplier cover keeps powder and contamination away from the gun's high-voltage components, which helps the gun stay reliable and charge consistently. It's a good idea to replace it whenever the gun body or multiplier is serviced, or if the old gasket shows wear, compression set, or damage.
