The Graco 24N275 is a genuine black air cap kit for Graco Pro Xp™ electrostatic air spray guns. It is optimized for aerospace coatings and is built for jobs that need a Class A finish at very high production rates. It sprays a tapered-end fan pattern 14–16 in. (356–406 mm) long and handles light to heavy viscosity coatings (20–360 cp) as well as high-solids materials (360+ cp). It supports production rates up to 25 oz/min (750 cc/min), the highest-flow option in the Pro Xp air cap lineup. Graco also lists this air cap for the Pro Xpc™ Auto automatic electrostatic gun, which makes it a good fit for robotic and reciprocator lines running demanding aerospace or high-solids finishes.
