Sames Kremlin 10C18 Airmix Paint Pump System without Xcite Gun

The Sames Kremlin 10C18 stands as a professional-grade Airmix paint pump system tailored for high-efficiency industrial finishing. It is frequently employed across wood, metal, and plastic industries to apply primers, topcoats, and varnishes while maintaining minimal waste and exceptional surface quality.

The Sames-Kremlin 10C18 Wall-Mount Airmix Paint Pump System utilizes a compact, pneumatic design optimized for small-to-medium production volumes. This system features a 10:1 pressure ratio and a stainless steel fluid section that ensures compatibility with both solvent-based and waterborne materials. Its streamlined construction uses significantly fewer parts than many competitors, which simplifies maintenance and enables rapid color changes.

In terms of performance, the unit delivers a maximum fluid pressure of 870 psi and a fluid delivery rate of approximately 0.28 gallons per minute at standard operating speeds. The wetted parts are constructed from hard chrome stainless steel and tungsten carbide to withstand corrosive materials. Most standard packages include the Xcite+ 120 manual spray gun, which is favored for its lightweight ergonomics and precise trigger control.

A primary advantage of this system is its high transfer efficiency, as the Airmix technology reduces overspray to save on material costs. The differential air motor provides a pulse-free delivery for a uniform finish, while the single GT seal design removes the need for frequent throat packing adjustments. This makes it a sustainable choice by minimizing product loss during flushing and ensuring a consistent, high-quality application.
