SurfPrep Shredder Screen 5" Abrasive Discs (50 Discs/Box) feature an open coat construction to provide a true, consistant and uniform scratch.  The innovative 'load-free'  coating provides for a fast rate of cut and longer life and are engineered to withstand heavy stripping between coat sanding.  The resin-bonded aluminum oxide grain face paired with the heavy-duty polyester hook and loop weave backing provide greater resistance to tearing or shredding under heavy handed angle sanding.  The objective is for a clean and dust free sanding environment that also helps reduce labor and material costs.
